These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Stay at Kingsley Chester. By confirming a booking, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment A booking is only confirmed once payment (or deposit, if agreed) has been received Full payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking We reserve the right to cancel bookings where payment is not received on time

2. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit may be required prior to check-in This will be returned after your stay, subject to inspection of the property Deductions may be made for damage, excessive cleaning, or breaches of house rules

3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe We recommend guests have appropriate travel insurance where needed

4. Check-in & Check-out Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request

5. Occupancy The maximum occupancy is 8 guests Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight Breach of occupancy limits may result in termination of the booking without refund

6. Guest Responsibilities Guests agree to: Treat the property with care and respect Keep the property clean and in good condition Report any damages or issues promptly Comply with all house rules provided

7. Prohibited Use The following are strictly prohibited: Parties, events, or large gatherings Smoking inside the property Illegal activity of any kind Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

8. Damage & Loss Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay Costs for repair or replacement may be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately

9. Liability Stay at Kingsley Chester is not liable for: Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings Injuries sustained during the stay, except where caused by proven negligence Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk

10. Access to Property We reserve the right to access the property if required for maintenance, inspection, or emergencies Where possible, reasonable notice will be given

11. Force Majeure We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, utilities failure, government restrictions)

12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time The version in place at the time of booking will apply
