House Rules
We want everyone to have a great stay at Kingsley, so we’ve kept things simple and fair.
Check-in & Check-out Check-in:From 3:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM (If you need flexibility, just ask — we’ll always try to accommodate where possible.)
Respect the space
- Please treat the house as you would your own
- Keep things clean and tidy during your stay
- Any damage or breakages should be reported as soon as possible
No smoking
- Strictly no smoking inside the property
- If smoking outside, please dispose of waste responsibly
No parties or events
- Kingsley is in a quiet residential area
- No parties, events, or large gatherings
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight
Noise levels
- Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Be mindful of neighbours at all times
Guests & occupancy
- Maximum of 8 guests
- No additional overnight guests without prior approval
Pets
Pets are not currently allowed (We may review this in future — feel free to ask.)
Parking
- Free on-street parking available
- Please park considerately and avoid blocking neighbours
Security & safety
- Please ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property
- Do not share access details or key safe codes with anyone outside your group
Rubbish & recycling
Please use the bins provided If staying longer, we’ll provide guidance on bin collection days
Before you leave
- Place used towels in the bathroom
- Turn off lights and appliances
- Lock up securely
