Cancellation Policy – Kingsley House Chester

We aim to keep things simple and fair for everyone.

Free Cancellation

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before check-in.

Partial Charge

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.

Full Charge

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the booking cost.

During Stay

Once the stay has started, no refunds will be issued for unused nights or early departures.

Date Changes

We’ll always try to accommodate changes where possible.

Changes within 7 days of arrival may be subject to availability and rate differences
